• Circle Pad Pro Announced for the Nintendo 3DS XL - You Knew it was Coming

When Nintendo announced the Circle Pad Pro for the 3DS, they only released a limited number of bundles that included both Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and the Circle Pad Pro.

Now that Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and Monster Hunter 4 for the 3DS XL are buzzing the industry in Japan, Nintendo has now has a listing for the Circle Pad Pro for the 3DS XL, as well.

      NintendoWorldReport adds:

The device, just like the original Circle Pad Pro for the launch version of the 3DS, will add a second Circle Pad to the handheld to allow for additional control schemes in games that require extra precision.

There currently are no details regarding price or release date of the new accessory, but a Japanese release was initially slated for 2012.
Why not just use the Gyro as the second control, rather than sell a bulky, horrible attachment? Our very own, WildCardCorsair and Gusto were just talking about this last night, sharing their ideas. Or, better yet, why not include the second analog stick on the 3DS or 3DS XL, oh wait, because that means there would be a third 3DS system on the market.

      Aye, Ninten-doh!
