David Cage shot our hopes of seeing a sequel to Heavy Rain after he said that he's all done with everything that needed to be said in done in Heavy Rain and feels no need for a sequel. While this may be true, fans were still hoping for the same type of game with maybe a different story involved.
Fans do have a Heavy Rain film to look forward to. One that will be in the hands of those who were responsible for the film Seven, New Line Productions.
We now hear that Quantic Dream is focusing on their new game that could possibly be called, Horizon. According to VG247, the plot is said to involve “a curious man raised very insularly meeting a free woman who is hesitant to exercise her freedom.”
David Cage said that this new project will be “very different, and I think it’s going to be very surprising.” Casting for this new project is in effect. Let's hope the voice overs for this new title have more feeling than Heavy Rain. Many fans can agree that was one flaw with the game, but the game's story made up for it.
