Europe always gets the cool stuff! Man, am I envying the Europeans signed up with Club Nintendo. Mario Kart has been a household name for nearly two decades. So guess what the European market is getting? Well obviously looking at the title, it would be scaled replicas of the trophies seen in the games.
The three trophies pictured above are the rewards that Mario and company could get for coming out on top in a race. That is, the Shell Cup, Leaf Cup, and Special Cup trophies. They measure 12cm x 10cm. All three are available for a hefty 5,000 Stars! In North America, our Club Nintendo currency is "Coins". So I don't know if there's a difference between the American "Coin" and European "Star." Either way, 5,000 sounds like it takes a lot of games to get your hands on those trophies.
No word yet if North America will be getting these in stock. Would you get them if they were headed our way?
