Sony has recently restored partial online services for their Playstation Network. While gamers were still stuck in the PSN blackout period, Sony promised its customers that they wouldn't be coming back empty handed, and notified that their customers will have a choice of two games from a list of five in their Welcome Back Package, to use on the Playstation 3 consoles and/or PSPs. While online gaming has been restored, the Playstation Store is still being updated, meaning you won't be able to claim your two free downloads until Sony brings it back up.
In the mean time, here is a list of the PS3 and PSP games you will have to choose from. Until the Playstation Store comes back up, think about what games you'll want to take.

Wipeout HD+Fury
PSP Games:
LittleBigPlanet
ModNation Racers
Pursuit Force
Killzone Liberation
In addition, Sony will be offering all customers a free 30 day subscription to Playstation Plus. All current subscribers of Playstation Plus will recieve 60 more days to their active subscription. And Sony's not stopping there. If you use the Playstation Home service, then 100 free items will be made available for you to use.
Though the games offered may be slightly aged, most are highly reviewed games. Hopefully you don't own some of the games listed already, but these games are what you'll have to choose from. Do your homework on them to see what best suits you and claim your free games when the time comes around.
