Yeah, more video game movie news is circulating the industry, but this time it isn't about the recently announced Assassin's Creed movie starring Michael Fassbender (Magneto of X-Men: First Class). Nope, this time it concerns the God of War himself, Kratos.
In fact, writers of the Saw movies, Charles Roven and Alex Gutner are taking the helm for a screenplay based on the Sony exclusive Greek epic. One thing these guys are good at is graphic violence. It seems that combined with God of War would be a match made in... well the Underworld would be a better term I guess.
The screenplay will be based off of David Self's script of the game. As good as the God of War series is in video game form, how do you think a big screen adaptation will stack up? Also, who would you choose to portray Kratos?
