We can only assume that Guerrilla Games is working on a Killzone title for the PlayStation Vita. As Sony recently proposed to close Bigbig, shortly after completing Little Deviants for PS Vita, they were also restructuring their Cambridge division. They were planned to work with Guerrilla Games and Develop reported a couple of weeks ago that they are working on Killzone titles for the Vita. So is this current rumor about Guerrilla Games working on Killzone 4 and a Vita Game really a surprise?
As this news circulates from VARIOUS sites, let us point you to the main page of Guerilla Games' site that states that they are continuing the franchise and a new IP.
After the successful release of the original Killzone, Guerrilla was acquired by Sony Computer Entertainment in 2005. It went on to create the critically acclaimed handheld spin-off, Killzone: Liberation, as well as the award-winning sequel, Killzone 2. The studio released Killzone 3 to eager audiences in February of 2011, and is currently in the process of developing a second IP.
With all the "rumors" circulating now, I think we can safely say that all the information was already in front of us. The latest issue of EDGE magazine has also stated that "the bulk of Guerrilla's staff (is soldiering) on with the next Killzone installment," with Killzone 2 and 3's Senior Producer Steven Ter Heide acting as 'game director on the current Killzone project'", shared Gamerzines.com. Also shared by Destructoid: "Studio recruiter Adrian Smith is quoted as saying, 'We've got to continue the Killzone franchise'," which was obtained from EDGE.
Guerrilla Games is looking for a Concept Artist, Tech Art Producer, Build Engineer, Shader and Texture Artist, Technical Artist, Senior Character Animator, and many more positions, as seen on their site.
This is really no surprise, it is just a matter of when we will see these titles.
I really liked Killzone. Overall it was fun and had a story with rich characters and dialogue. As much as you are supposed to hate the Helghast you can't help love those stubborn warmongers.
You know it's really hard to tell if we are getting close to the next generation of consoles if these games keep being announced for the current gen. A developer of Volition has listed Saints Row 4 as being released for the HD consoles and PC of course no mention of Wii-U as predicted. It isn't too surprising as Danny Bilson of THQ has
I swear everyone I am not trying to be the official bearer of bad news about games not showing up at E3 and I really hope this is my last. We are all very familiar with the case between Activision and Jason West and Frank Zampella that force the two to leave Activision and create their own company Respawn Entertainment.

How many Taco Bell $5 boxes did you guys eat? I know I could not have possibly had one more, in fact after my epic binge on Taco Hell I had to wait for a 3 month cooldown timer until my stomach could even handle another Crunch Warp Supreme. Good news for those of you who, like me, sacrificed your waistlines for a potential Vita win. Taco Bell
