Square-Enix is looking to throw some cards on the table this November with Hitman Absolution. Long in gestation, Agent 47 is set to return to his solid gold hits. Have you ever dragged your enemy from their living room via Fiber wire? How about poisoning them as they sleep from their bedroom rafters? What about setting them on fire via a nearby grill? No? Agent 47 has, and he is loathe to wait for his next contract.
Pre-ordering at Gamestop will get you access to the "Sniper Challenge", a game that will be downloadable on Xbox Live, Playstation Network, and PC. The Sniper Challenge will go live on May 15th for consoles; PC owners will have to wait just a bit longer until August 1st. What is exciting about this downloadable bonus? Only the best and most subtle assassin can reach the top of the online rankings. That person will be flown to meet with the Absolution development team and have their lovely facial likeness used in the following Hitman game. One thing is very certain though: Minors, those who fear clowns ,and silencers need not apply. This will be a very violent title.
