• Killer Is Dead: A Suda 51 Trip

Killer is Dead is a new game being developed by Grasshopper Manufacturer and Suda 51 is the executive developer of the game. As assumed this game is not a sequel to the Gamecube cult classic Killer 7. In Killer is Dead you play as a prisoner sentenced to die and the goal of the game is to kill your assassin. Suda promises the game will have elements and feel of No More Heroes and Killer 7 and also have a James Bond type feel with many Bond type women. The game started development in Spring 2011 and is still in early phases. There are no concrete details except this will be more Suda style than previous Grasshopper games have turned out.

Thank you andriasang for the info.

Where does Suda get the backing for his games? I don't mind them, but man why is he the only developer in the east taking a risk.

Ain't that the truth... Suda51 doesn't seem a man who wants to turn a profit, but more like come up with the most unique and completely bizarre game he can come up with. Killer 7, No More Heroes, Shadows of the Damned, Neverdead, Lollipop chainsaw: Swing or miss, these are still games that have alot of charm (or as much charm that Suda51 can give; bless you, you psychotic Game director, stay classy...)
