We brought you the images of the The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3DS XL mockup that had the image of the mask on a purple 3DS XL. The system also included detailing with ocarinas and masks on the corners.
In this post, we also shared that Miyamoto has previously stated that Nintendo has been actively experimenting with Majora’s Mask on 3DS.
We have seen Nintendo release The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Limited Edition super sleek black 3DS. Would it be out of the question to hope for this mockup to be true?
Zelda Informer shares that around 10 am today a website, GAME, who is described as a game selling company, had a listing for Majora’s Mask 3D. What's even more interesting is that the listing was yanked "within minutes" of it being listed.
Sure, this could mean absolutely nothing. On the other hand, why would the listing go up in the first place? Could it be an announcement made during tomorrow's Nintendo Direct from Japan?
I really wanted the 25th Anniversary Limited Edition 3DS, except I would have preferred it to be a green 3DS with gold detailing, as I've mentioned before. I also wanted the purple 3DS. If this mockup becomes a reality, I am all over this!
