EA and Danger Close have announced an open beta for their upcoming Medal of Honor Warfighter. The beta is set to release in early October and seems to be for Xbox 360 players only.
The beta will be showcasing the new multiplayer mode Hotspot. In the game mode Hotspot, players have to attack and defend randomly selected locations on the map Sarajevo Stadium set in Bosnia. Players will also be able to try out the Fireteam system where you play in pairs in order to win.
The beta is set to release in early October for Xbox 360 only and players will get an hour of double XP when the game is released. EA also has a reward for players of the beta. If the beta reaches 3 million players, EA will release the Linkin Park music video “Castle of Glass” early.
