There have been some rumors circulating that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance could be coming to the PS Vita. At an AT&T Developer Summit, Sony was sharing a presentation that contained a few slides of some up and coming PS Vita titles when one title immediately caught the Internets attention. Along side Call of Duty and Assassins Creed was a strange title by the name of Metal Gear Solid: Rising.
I'm really not sure what to think because, we all know that the title has changed to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Solid was removed from the title and Rising was replaced with Revengeance. This looks like an old logo and I think I'm calling shenanigans. I think what happened was that some non gaming marketing guy was told to list some PS Vita titles and thought that logo was for Metal Gear Solid HD Collection.
Now, I totally want to be wrong on this one and I really would love to see a Platinum Game on the PS Vita. I just don't see how or why Sony would want to keep this a secret seeing how horrible the PS Vita sales have been lately. If I'm right, Sony shouldn't comment on it because, hey, people are talking about the PS Vita and that's a great thing. All I know is that I really want this game on every format available.
