Naughty Dog's biggest patch ever is Uncharted 3's version 1.13. The patch will be available today and will have unique new multiplayer DLC, which will be available starting August 14th as part of the PlayStation Store updates.
There are three ways to get this added content, PlayStation Blog details:
- Earning the necessary in-game levels
- Completing specific treasure sets
- Purchasing on PSN if you just want to unlock certain items right away
The Tournament System is also being introduced into UNCHARTED 3’s multiplayer mode. The player is given the opportunity to unlock special in-game weapons or items to use until the next tournament period, based on how well he or she played.
Tournament tickets can also be used to buy into a tournament and while the player can always carry ten tickets per tournament, more can be purchased through PSN. A leaderboard will be added to compare your ranking to your friends, as well.
Experimental block mesh maps will also be added with the patch, along with other changes and improvements made to the multiplayer experience!
