Ninja Gaiden 3 release date still kept secret, although said to be revealed

As the excitement of the announcement for Ninja Gaiden 3, at the Tokyo Game Show, still lingers, the next step was to wait for a release date announcement. Apparently, the estimated release date was also announced behind closed doors by Tecmo Koei. While the announcement came, no one has reported that they have shared the tentative date for release, as well. The tentative dates for the games announced at the Tokyo Game Show still go unveiled.

It is unfortunate that we will not see Tomonobu Itagaki's craftmanship in the new title coming to the Ninja Gaiden franchise, however, Team Ninja still has their hands on it and we can expect a positive outcome. What are fans are expecting to see is a different side of Ryu.

With most major titles, we can assume to see them in 2011 or early 2012. That is a broad time frame and all we can do is impatiently await the official announcement or for someone to inform us what exactly happened behind closed doors with Tecmo Koei.
