• Nintendo 3DS $198 At Wal Mart In Canada, Same To Come For America?

    This Wal Mart ad for Canada shows a $50 dollar price drop for the Nintendo 3DS. Are the low sales a sign of price drops to come in other countries? For any 8bitfix members from our southern neighbors be sure to snatch this deal up if you even slightly considered picking up a 3DS. Can we see potentially see future price drops from other stores or an official drop from Nintendo so soon? The Nintendo 3DS is a stellar system but the price has been seen as a bit high for what it's worth. Let's hope this trend continues as the support of the nifty little handheld could use a boost.

      actually in my opinion id say its totally worth $250 but i don't think that's a price viewed as reasonable for people who either haven't quite seen what its capable of or even for those considering upgrading from a DS lite or DSi.

      To pull a Patcher, Nintendo will do a price drop sometime before the Vita hits, that's for sure. if there's enough good games for it at that time i don't see any reason why $200 won't be a very attractive price at that time.
