Are you ready to spend some Wii Points, DSi Points, or some Nintendo money? Realize that I said "Nintendo money" and not "Nintendo's Money", because we all know who's pocket it comes out of. Anyway, it's that time again. It's Thursday and Nintendo has released their downloads today. So whether you have been window shopping or waiting to see what's new, let's see what is in store. That way you can see if you want to spend those points or end up just saving them.
Want more friends on your Nintendo 3DS? Be sure to check out our 3DS Friend Code thread. Feel free to add some new friends and leave us your code, too, so that we can ensure the befriending is completed.
Here is a list of the downloads for today for the Nintendo eShop, DSiWare, WiiWare, Virtual Console, and Nintendo Video:
Nintendo eShop

- VectorRacing - "Enjoy a new, high-speed racing game that recalls the video games of yore. Use one of six different machines to race across 12 courses — some easy, some insane — in four different modes. (For Nintendo 3DS / Nintendo 3DS XL)" - Nintendo

- Abyss - "Explore the abyss! Earth, 3024.
Natural resources are scarce and the survival of the human race is in danger. Desperate to find new energy resources, the ASAN creates a biomechanical robot called Nep2no that is capable of withstanding extreme depths in the hope of finding new energy sources. After many years of exploration, a new energy source is found, code named "Gaia".
Your mission will be to find the "Gaia" energy stones by exploring the depths. To do so, you must control Nep2no by counteracting gravity and the surrounding darkness with the aid of a Light that will go out little by little." - Nintendo
