Just moments ago Capcom released two new character trailers for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 one being Marvel's shining sun Nova and the other being the spunky ace attorney everyone has been waiting for Phoenix Wright. This is Just in time for New York Comic-con and the newest playable build for the game will feature them. These two characters are very unique and both have a intresting play style from the other cast.

Right now I won't talk about the new characters but they are shown as the new challangers entering the world of UMVC3. The trailer seems like any other premier trailer capcom makes for convetions it features the returning cast and the newer ones already annouced in the game showing them off. Its done in a matter to get fans hyped for what will be presented at New York Comic-Con. At the end of the trailer it shows the Playstation Vita version of the game and its features. The vita version will have touch screen controls, exchange content, and world wide online play.
The first up to the plate is Nova, the shooting star, Nova seems really intresting cause it feels he has many play styles. Right off the bat you can see that in his walk and stance he floats just like Magneto,Storm, and Doctor Strange. Nova seems to be a "right in your face character with a great offensive approuch, it almost looks like his fighting compares to Iron Fist only in the air with strong dash, OTF hits and the way his combat looks. His moves have to do with fire and star based attacks one where he send up a energy beam like a Doom's hidden missle, another are dash punches that look like shooting stars, and the last I notice is a beam push. He has no level three super but has 3 level ones. The first super is a full screen beam, the other is a flaming ball around Nova (just like super Scroll) and the final one is a slower but strong Maximum Wesker move that has him shooting across the screen. Nova seems like a package and will be a great offensive character
Here is the one you have been waiting for, love him or hate him, Ace Attorney's Phoenix Wright. The blue suited lawyer oddly joins the cast with a play style like no other. To start this off Phoenix Wright doesnt actually fight he uses hits you with evidence (literaly). He fights by showing his papers, looking for clues, dramatic stances, sneezing, picking up evidence and throwing it at you, and using his 18 year old assistant Maya to fight. I can not really tell what is a special move except for maybe throwing evidence and sending in Maya. This is probably the wackiest moveset in any fighting game but not only this but his meter shows three slots for evedince. If all evidence is found Phoenix Wright becomes more powerful (even his theme changes I believe). His first super is sending in Maya who is flailing her arms at the opponent, the next super is the Judge from the Ace Attorney games to overule Wright's objection and a giant gavel his both Phoenix Whright and the opponet causing both to be in a knocked down state but no damage is done to Wright. His level 3 has to have him in his power up Objection state after you find the evidence, the level three puts the opponent in a trial and is acused for a "crime" and is presented the evidence which takes off a portion of there life. Phoenix Wright seems to be the most intresting of the cast so far and so much needs to still be discoverd on him.

Nova's remindeds me of a theme from Sonic 3 but a really stellar and cosmic theme
Phoenix Wright's theme is a remix of the Objection Theme from the Ace Attorney games and sounds amazing definatly for those who loved the music in Ace Attorney
