• One Less Reason to Still Use a Console

For those of you who cry "But consoles are more comfy since they are couch friendly" have less of a reason to complain now. On today's episode of GTTV and also earlier with Geoff Keighley on Twitter, revealed that the beta for Big Picture Mode will be available soon. Big Picture Mode is a feature that Valve announced back in 2011 that will enhance the PC gaming experience for the TV as well as game pad support. Sure you can just hook up your PC to any TV with a compatible port and using a pad to play FPS's on your computer rig is like showing up to the O.K. Corral with a .22 varmint rifle. Even so, this new feature will make the transition of console to PC a smoother one since it stands to reason that it's aim is to optimize and make more accessible the PC gaming experience. So it might be time to move your PC out of the basement and talk to your family for once. . . nah I think I will stay down here.

Just another step in Gabe Newell's plan for world conquest.
