The Tokyo Game Show always has some cool goodies announced that we don't always see make it to the states. This year, they had some new PS Vita color variants that brought sparkle to the eye. No really, they sparkle!
The two colors shown at TGS were the Sapphire Blue and the Cosmic Red. They have been announced for a November 15th release in Japan are quite sexy! Unfortunately there is no announcement for a U.S. release. But, I am definitely hoping for an announcement of that nature. I know my hubby loves the red one and I have my eye on the blue one! I may wait to see if a pink or purple one gets announced.
The new variants will release around the time that the PS Vita will get PS Plus Plus support that will allow PS Vita owners to take advantage of the same discounts and freebies that PS3 PS Plus members receive. PlayStation Plus subscribers on the PS3 will receive the support on the PS Vita for no extra charge.
