• "Super Slim" PS3 Now In Stores, Here's An Unboxing From Sony

      That's right. The incredibly thin PlayStation 3 has now hit retailers starting today. Now being dubbed the "Super Slim" PS3, Sony has released an unboxing video of the new edition of the console so that they may tempt you to run to the store for your very own. Hard to believe it's been six years since that original PlayStation 3 fat boy released.

      The bundle will include a copy of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception: Game of the Year Edition, $30 worth of Dust 514 bonus digital content, and a 30 day subscription to PlayStation Plus. The "super slim" PS3 features a 250GB hard drive and is going for a very reasonable $270.

        This is just dumb, stupid Sony. Should've dropped the price of the PS3 to tear up the industry. Imagine a $150 PS3 with Batman AC for $20 going up against a $350 Wii-U with Batman AC for $60?

        I wish Gamestop had told me about the free 30 days playstation plus rather than trying to sell me the system just cause it comes with an Uncharted game. I went for the slim PS3 instead.
