Rejoice, Jrpg fans. Tales of Xillia will be localized for the Western gaming market in the near future. At the Japan Expo being held in Paris, series producer Hideo Baba has announced that the 13th title in the Tales of franchise will soon find its way to American and European stores some time in 2013. Tales of Xillia debuted last September in Japan to critical acclaim, highly praised by reviewers and having one of the highest pre-orders in the series. The appeal of the game comes from having two main characters to select from, causing the player to play through both story lines in order to get the full view of the game. Due to the vast success of the first game, a sequel is already in the works with a release date of November 1st in Japan.
