• Tanks Coming to Modern Warfare 3 Spec Ops Along With More Multiplayer Maps

The next batch of Modern Warfare 3 DLC will bring back what a lot of Call of Duty fan boys take their credit cards out for: maps, maps, and more maps. Collection #2 will introduce "Face Off" mode in which games can go online for 1 vs. 1, or 2 vs. 2 matches. Yup, now you can get little kiddos demanding that they'll want to rape you at your quickscoping skills in an official 1 vs. 1 lobby and then call you a no good dirty rotten camper when you pwn them...

Back to the subject. Two new maps, Aground and Erosion, will be released to all gamers, provided that you have the game for XBOX 360, naturally, for free, whether you're subscribed to Elite or not. The difference is that Elite subscribers get the content a day early on May 15, while everyone else waits May 16.

Furthermore three new multiplayer maps: Sanctuary, Foundation, and Oasis should keep you pretty busy online. In addition there will be two new Spec Ops maps. Now the option to play in a tank is limited to the Spec Ops missions. One player will drive the tank while the other player escorts it.

With the exception of the Aground and Erosion maps, the new map DLC will go for 1200 Microsoft Points for non Elite subscribers on May 22. Elite subscribers can get it free on May 15. PlayStation 3 and PC gamers will have to wait, as pointless as it is. Sorry guys. Have fun. Keep it clean. I know it's hard, but try. Some new footage of the next DLC can be seen in the video below.
