Today is jam packed with a whole lot of announcements and trailers due to Tokyo Game Show happening right now and Namco Bandai and Cyberconnect2 have stuff in there bag. The new trailer of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 that shows that the game will start off on where Storm 2 and Generations ended in the Kage summit. The trailer starts when Naruto and Saskue confront each other once again and are about to battle. The trailer also shows when Naruto has to fight the Nine Tails Fox Kyuubi in his head. We see some gameplay of the fight against the Nine Tails, we also see a glimpse of the new story mode mechanics with Sasuke showing that story mode will be a bit like Dynasty Warriors but possible with the same control mechanics as the past storm games. No new characters were shown that weren't already announced but we did see some gameplay of Hanzo and Mifune plus we see Garra who is without a doubt playable.
A gameplay demo is also avalible at Tokyo Game Show that shows off the battle against Third Hokage and Kyuubi in a glorious cinematic fight. Storm 3 returns boss battles from Storm 2 which was absent in Generations. It pretty much plays how they use to where you have to attack as well as do quicktime prompts during the battles. The fight has you jumping from building to building fighting the Nine Tails with the ability of some unique assist moves. There is also a other fight in the demo where you fight Tobi/Masked Man as Fourth Hokage Minato where it shows the more traditional gameplay elements.
