Oh okay so there was quite a bit of rage when finding out the countdown for The World Ends With You was for an iOS port. Not to fear as there might be some hope with a chance of rage that will far surpass the first wave. At the end of TWEWY for iOS there is an image which highly suggests a sequel is on its way to being announced. Take a look at this image....
Here you see what fans are assuming is the daughter of Neku and Shiki which explains Mew doll and the headphones. The tower says "New 7 Days" which heavily implies a new game in the works. The top part of the tower shows 104 which the number isn't normally there so it may be assumed that some reveal will happen October 4th this year. I mean this is all pure speculation now but it's a good sign. Let's just hope this sequel to this phenomenal cult classic isn't an iOS exclusive or there will be plenty of meltdowns.
