• Warren Spector Introduces Power of Illusion

One of my most favorite games growing up as a kid was Castle of Illusion: Starring Mickey Mouse on the Sega Genesis. It was the first game that I had seen where a character would make an expression, as if he was losing his balance, any time Mickey was to get on the edge of a platform. I also loved that the game's background layers would scroll as you moved, making the 16-bit era really stand out.

In the video, Warren Spector introduces Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, which is a brand new 2D sidescroller. It is not only inspired by the wasteland mythology found in Epic Mickey, but also characters and gameplay elements from the beloved classic, Castle of Illusion. Those of you who have played the classic will immediately pick up on the sound in the trailer when Mickey picks up a gem.
