THQ has just a few big tidbits of info about the upcoming WWE '13. How big you ask? How about Nation of Domination Mark Henry big! Yup the Attitude Era Mark Henry has officially been added to the roster of playable Superstars!

Also announced is the inclusion of The Grand Mizard of Lust, The Monk of Mojo, Mr. Money in the Bank, The Miz!! Including him was really a no-brainer because of not only his in-ring wresting ability and his mastery of the mic, but really it's because he's The Miz and he's AWWWWWWWWWSOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMEEE!!!!

In addition to the new Superstars, THQ revealed a few new features that will help ensure that WWE '13 plays even smother than WWE '12 and is the most realistic WWE game to date. First among these new features is the inclusion of Predator Technology 2.0, the games main engine. With Predator Technology 2.0, the wrestlers look even more realistic than WWE '12's roster and the moves play a lot smoother than before as well and to prove it, there are hundreds of new animations in the game. In addition to making the wrestlers look better and play better, some of the "big" wrestlers (Undertaker, Mark Henry, Big Show) have been given newer, bigger models to emphasize the size difference between them and the other Superstars.

To go along with Predator Technology's great visuals is WWE Live, what I'm calling their immersion engine. WWE Live is not one thing in particular, but all the little things that leave us "oohing" and "awing" during a WWE broadcast, Spectacular Moments, mid-air finishers and creative color commentary. The Spectacular Moments are the moments such as "spearing" opponents through the ringside barriers, suplexes off the top rope onto the concrete floor, throwing wrestlers off the Hell in Cell cage onto announce tables, top rope out of the ring Moonsaults thru tables and even collapsing the ring like Big Show and Mark Henry have done before. Alongside these Spectacular Moments are the mid-air finishers, a opportunity to punish your opponents by catching them in mid-air and performing a finishing move in real-time to change the momentum of the match on the fly. What could be better than having Stone Cold Steve Austin catching The Miz in mid-air with a Stone Cold Stunner just like on tv or having The Undertaker catch Chris Jericho in air with a Choke Slam? Also a part of WWE Live, is a audio system that accurately mimics the sound and crowd reaction of a live WWE event. In the trailer below, you can clearly hear the difference between the crowd reaction in WWE '12 and WWE '13. And if you were listening carefully, you may have heard a familiar Oklahoma accent, yes, Good Ol’ JR, Jim Ross is going to be a ringside commentator along side Jerry "The King" Lawler for the attitude era matches, while The King will comment on matches with Michael Cole for the current era.

All in all, WWE '13 is shaping up to be THE definitive experience and that is with only a fraction of the roster released so far! I for one can't wait to play this game when it comes out on October 30th! Be sure to stay tune to 8bitfix as we bring you the latest news on WWE '13 as it becomes available!!
