My weekend ventures usually contain a scavenger hunt of games, gaming toys and figures, shirts, and apparel. I constantly get asked where I get my goodies, so I've decided to go ahead and start posting a new series under my Game Finds articles, called Weekly Ventures, or something of that nature. You will know, when I come up with a name for it.
This week, I scored some great deals on some gaming shirts, at a place that most would not think of looking....Wal-Mart. Yes, Wal-Mart.
In the image, you can see a little bit of everything for everyone in the family. The three Sonic tees are children's tees. Unfortunately, the only adult Sonic tee they have is just his face on a blue shirt, and they only had men's big sizes. Well, unfortunately for me, anyway. There are men's shirts as well, yes. I had purchased a Mortal Kombat tee for my hubby, and the red Mario shirt to the right is a small in men's, that I can wear. I had purchased another Sonic tee for my boys, along with a Luigi kids' shirt, and Donkey Kong, and even Yoshi. The selection is great.
All the rest of the tees in the image are women's. The pricing is great. The children's tees are $7.00 and the adult tees are $7.50. JC Penny also offers up some shirts, among quite a few I picked up there, including Pac-Man, Gears of War, Mass Effect 2, Zelda, Dead Space, and more. These were on sale, when I got them, for only $10 a pop.
